Cogniron is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and Implement innovative solutions to expand the use of Dynamics 365 CRM across our organization, aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules for optimal performance.
• Customize forms, business rules, business process flows, and security roles to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop plugins, web resources, workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate and streamline operations.
• Utilize SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI for reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support agile development and deployment.
• Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
• Proven expertise in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Proficiency in designing and managing forms, business rules, business process flows, and security features.
• Hands-on experience in developing plugins, web resources, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Experience in system integrations using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with implementing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
