We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inside Sales Business Development Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Outreach: Engage with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media platforms.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate lead information and activity details.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on lead generation activities and outcomes to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
